• Handled a $28 million transaction for Medmark, a rapidly growing specialty pharmaceutical distributor in Pittsurgh.
• Represented Westmoreland Health System in its integration with Latrobe Area Hospital Inc. to become Westmoreland-Latrobe Health Partners, a new three hospital health system that serves more than 400,000 residents in Westmoreland, Fayette and Indiana counties.
• Assisted Plextronics Inc., a pioneer in the commercialization of inherently conductive polymers (ICPs), in a $3.4 million financing round.
• Represented Turnberry Associates, a major real estate development client, in a $200 million joint partnership arrangement to acquire more than 100 acres of developable property on the Las Vegas Strip.
• Helped one of North America's largest providers of technology-based products for the rail industry to secure patent protection for a high-speed, anti-skid braking system.
• Been appointed as national labor counsel by Hearst-Argyle Television, Inc. for its 13 East Coast television stations.
• Represented the owner of PPG Place, a significant office and retail project in downtown Pittsburgh, in a $175 million securitized refinancing involving both mortgage and mezzanine loan components.
