    Won a landmark appeal for Sprint in a Federal Telecommunications Act case when the Third Circuit affirmed our summary judgment for Sprint, holding that a township and its zoning hearing board violated federal law by denying an application to build a cell tower on a volunteer fire company's land.

Jack Barbour Takes Reins as CEO of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney

Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC has announced that John A. (Jack) Barbour officially took the reins as CEO of the firm and chairman of its Board of Directors. He will serve in this role for a three-year term.
